Assembly machinery from HELD

For highly rigid furniture cabinets

Developed by HELD and used in the kitchen furniture industry since 1968, especially when assembling furniture carcasses on a custom-build basis. The molt-inject process involves injecting liquefied thermoplastic material into hollow spaces within cabinet elements.

This results in a highly rigid connection which is eight to ten times more mechanically stable than a standard dowel solution. Other advantages include corner joints which are impermeable to light and moisture, maximum precision with regard to angularity and external dimensions, and tight connecting joints combined with short cycle times and full corner rigidity as soon as the press opens.
